‘The 21th Seoul International Photo and Imaging show 2012 (P&I 2012)’ was held at COEX, Kore on April 26-29.

‘P&I 2012′ showed everything concerning imaging capturing, storage, processing, printing and utilization including new equipment by exhibiting 285 brands.

285 brands of 117 companies from 18 countries were participated as 622 boothe-scale.

Major companies like Samsung, Canon, Nikon, Sony, Panasonic and Fuji Film drew visitor’s attention in varied ways, and other many promising companies boasted their products.

The total number of visitors were , 73,323, this is the increasing figure approximately 3.8 % from a year ago.

Meanwhile, varied additional events and seminars were run including ‘ART EDITION 2012′, an event which exhibits picture, media, art and engraving, to create photo and imaging culture more in-depth.

In addition, ‘P&I Digital Film Festival’ which screens video shot by digital camera, ‘P&I Photo Fai’ which watches and purchases works of photographers and the exhibition of ‘SLR Club’ the largest online community were run.

In particular, ‘P&I 2012′ is strengthening their global position through mutual promotion program with ‘PHOTOKINA’ the world’s largest Photo and Imaging exhibition, Germany.
