Q1. What is the difference between a shell-Stand and a Raw-Space booth ?
Shell-Stand booth type includes standard booth installation and Raw-Space type only includes the floor space.
Q2. The specification of a standard Shell-booth
It includes: 3-side walls, 4 spotlights(100W), 1 fluorescent lamps (40W), Firm name sign(Korean/English), 1 Information desk + 1 chair, Floor carpet.
Q3. How to pay for the participation fee after having submitted the application form?
Once the form is submitted, the required deposit for the exhibition is due to be paid. The application will be accepted with 50% of total fee and the balance is to be paid by March 6, 2010

Q4. An exhibitor can choose its booth location ?
The booth allocation is made upon the organizer’s floor plan. The organizer arranges the booth location for the efficient booth arrangement of the show. However, the confirmation of booth location will be made after mutual communication between an exhibitor and PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat. All decision is based on “First-come, First-served”.
For some important reasons, PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat can make change of booth allocation.
Q5. The terms of cancellation
should the Exhibitor decide to cancel the participation or reduce the space of booth, the following penalty will be fined. It has to be paid within 15 days of cancellation. Participation fees already paid shall be taken for the penalty. Should that amount not be sufficient, the difference must be paid and any excess amount shall be returned.
PENALTY RATE:
* Cancellation before March 21, 2011->The pre-paid participation fee will be taken as the Penalty.
* Cancellation after April 14, 2011->100% of the total participation fee for the cancelled booth.
Q6. The exhibition preparation after submitting the application
PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat will provide all exhibitors with Exhibitors Manual a month before the fair opening. Before the manual, PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat will notify every single procedure whenever it needs.
Q7. In case of a Shell-stand booth, what else should an exhibitor prepare ?
Own exhibits, posters, catalogues, business cards and so on. Additional furniture (table, display stand, etc.) is available at a rental company designated by PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat. To find out subcontractors, go to the menu; [EXHIBITOR] -> [Appointed service for contractors]
Q8. In case of a Raw-Space booth, how to carry out booth installation ?
All Raw-Space booth applicants must contact the companies designated by PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat. You can find the list at the menu ;[EXHIBITOR] -> [Appointed service for contractors]. The exhibitor of a Raw-Space booth must submit the booth installation plan to the PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat. The Secretariat are entitled to refuse the installation plan in terms of safety.
Q9. How to move-out exhibits after the show ?
Filling out the form of → Getting approval stamp at the Organizer’s office → Submit the approved form to the guard on moving-out the exhibits.
Q10. Who is responsible for the security of the exhibition hall and exhibits ?
PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat provides security service during the booth installation/dismantling and the whole show time. However PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat do not take the responsibility for exhibits’ lost. Exhibitors should beware of the theft. For additional security service, exhibitor must apply for the additional security service to the PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat.
Q11. Is it possible to sell goods in the exhibition hall ?
It is not permissible basically to sell products in the exhibition hall. Only the sales activities which meet Organizer’s special purpose will be carried out at the specific area. For detailed information, please consult with the manager of PHOTO & IMAGING.
Q12. How to organize special events in the exhibition hall ?
Only approved events will be held in the assigned booths. It is not allowed to plan events in pathways or shared space. All equipments for the event are to be reported to PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat. For the special event, please contact to PHOTO & IMAGING Secretariat.
